No matter how reverently and carefully we treat constituent documents, no matter how deep they are hidden in daddies, there are a great many situations in which important documents can be lost!
The certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur is one of the most important documents confirming the legal implementation of activities. And it is required almost everywhere, wherever an entrepreneur goes: to open a bank account or get a loan, when applying for a subsidy or other support to state institutions, when concluding an agreement, the counterparty may ask for a copy of the IP registration certificate.
The loss of a certificate is a very unpleasant occurrence.
From January 1, 2017, certificates of registration of individual entrepreneurs as such are not issued. Instead, the entrepreneur receives an entry sheet for entry in the register of entrepreneurs. It carries the same legal significance as the certificate itself.
The certificate was printed on stamped paper with a hologram in Germany WhatsApp Number List order to protect against forgery. The record sheet is simply an A4 sheet of paper without any security attributes, on which the entrepreneur's information is printed.

Replacing certificates with record sheets significantly reduces the cost of the registration process, but the main goal is to improve electronic document management.
In case of loss of the IP registration certificate, a duplicate is not provided. Previously, before the certificate was replaced with record sheets during the registration of an individual entrepreneur, a copy with the same records was issued instead of the lost certificate, but the difference was in the series and number of the form. Now former owners of certificates, along with owners of record sheets, can request an extract from the USRIP.
It will contain all relevant and necessary information about the entrepreneur, including the latest changes made.
You can get it in one of three ways:
personally;
with the help of a representative;
on the IFTS website .
When applying in person, you will need an entrepreneur's passport, an application in two copies for issuing an extract in the required amount, a receipt for paying the state duty of 200 rubles for each copy of the extract.
If a representative receives, then you will need his passport, power of attorney, an application for issuing an extract and a receipt for payment of the state duty.
Receiving through the website of the tax office will require registration of a personal account, in which a request is already being generated. It will be necessary to enter the TIN and OGRNIP, if these numbers are unknown to the entrepreneur, then you can find them right there on the site.
Then the request is sent for processing, after which the statement will appear in.
